This slot cut through ditch 012AD07219. The only diagnostic find was a single later Roman pot sherd, although stratigraphically the feature must be later in date.

Discussion

A short, curvilinear slot, filled with a medium sandy loam (Munsell 10YR 4/3). Slight daub, but no charcoal flecking was present. It may be connected with a number of similar slots Plan of the later slots  which apparently sub-divide the larger enclosure system.

The feature was cut into hillwash, with a flat-based U-profile.
